Economist: als iedereen vegan wordt is slechts kwart van huidige landbouwgrond nodig

Dit is geen nieuws, maar wel #signofthetimes dat The Economist dit plaatst!
Dus als je nog eens het antwoord krijgt dat er geen landbouwgrond genoeg is om de wereldbevolking plantaardig te voeden: als iedereen vegan zou worden, zou maar een kwart van de huidige landbouwgrond nodig zijn voor voedselproductie.
