Vegan. En wat eet je dan wel nog? 100x inspiratie

En wat eet je dan wel nog? Wijzelf krijgen de vraag niet meer zo heel vaak. Maar toch wordt de vraag nu en dan nog wel eens gesteld. Veel mensen denken jammer genoeg nog steeds dat veganisten enkel sla en tomaatΒ eten. Andere stereotype antwoorden die wel graag gegeven worden door non-vegans zijn ijsblokjes, gras of gebakken lucht (oh, ja, zo grappig! πŸ™„ )Β En de ‘vlees’tomaat of ‘kikker’erwten niet vergeten natuurlijk πŸ˜‰
Voor wie daar toch nog zou aan twijfelen: uit onderstaande fotogalerij, met 100 foto’s van gerechten die wij zelf thuis klaargemaakt hebben , blijkt duidelijk dat dat stereotype beeld niet klopt.

Ik heb eerder al eens een overzichtspost gemaakt op mijn andere blog The Bruges Vegan met foto’s van onze huisbereide maaltijden (Vegan? So what do you eat. Photogallery).
Ondertussen zijn we al meer dan een dik jaar verder, en heb ik al weer heel wat foto’s van onze thuis gemaakte maaltijden gepost op mijn InstagramΒ (en ze staan ook op de facebookpagina van The Bruges Vegan). Sommige van die gerechten zijn heel simpel, andere zijn een beetje meer feestelijk.

Wij koken thuis meestal volgens de inspiratie van het moment. Dus voor het gros van deze gerechten heb ik geen uitgeschreven recept (indien het uit een kookboek komt staat dat er wel bij).Β  Maar meestal staan de ingrediΓ«nten wel bij de foto vermeld. Het geeft je een idee van de combinaties die je kan maken. Met heel simpele ingrediΓ«nten geraak je al een heel eind!
